There is a vacancy for an Account Manager in the “Health & Benefits” department in the ARS Bulgaria team
Your role as an “Account Manager” will be to assist in identifying the insurance needs of our corporate clients and in choosing the best insurance solution for them. This includes:
Your Responsibilities:
- Daily written and verbal communication with insurers and clients;
- Strict adherence to the company’s established customer service processes and standards;
- Holding periodic meetings with clients;
- Organization of market research on certain types of insurance, analysis of received offers and their presentation to the client.
- Placement of insurance programs and their subsequent management.
Professional requirements:
- Higher economic education;
- Good command of Microsoft Office;
- Excellent organizational and communication skills;
- Good command of English (B2 or higher);
- A driver’s license category B;
- Experience in insurance is considered an advantage.
